What is CVE-2023-53914?
UliCMS version 2023.1 is susceptible to an authentication bypass vulnerability that enables unauthorized attackers to create administrative accounts. This flaw arises from improper handling of inputs in the UserController, allowing attackers to exploit the admin index.php endpoint. By crafting a specific POST request with the necessary parameters, an attacker can generate an admin user, gaining full access to the system and potentially compromising sensitive data.
