The WBiz Desk Help Desk System version 1.2 is susceptible to a SQL injection vulnerability via the 'tk' parameter in ticket.php. This flaw enables non-admin users to execute malicious SQL queries that can manipulate the underlying database and potentially extract sensitive information.
