What is CVE-2023-53963?

SOUND4 IMPACT/FIRST/PULSE/Eco v2.x is susceptible to an unauthenticated OS command injection vulnerability. By exploiting this flaw, remote attackers can execute arbitrary shell commands through the 'password' parameter in the login.php and index.php scripts. This security issue allows attackers to inject malicious shell commands that execute with the same privileges as the web server, potentially compromising the integrity and confidentiality of the affected system.
