Inbit Messenger versions 4.6.0 to 4.9.0 are impacted by a remote command execution vulnerability that allows attackers to execute arbitrary commands remotely. This vulnerability is triggered by a stack overflow in the messenger's protocol, which can be exploited by sending specially crafted XML packets to port 10883. Unauthenticated attackers can leverage this flaw to execute commands with system privileges, leading to potential server compromise and unauthorized data access.
