Path Traversal Vulnerability in EyouCMS by Eyou

Summary

A security flaw has been identified in EyouCMS version 1.51 that allows unauthorized access to files via the editFile function within FilemanagerLogic.php. By manipulating the activepath argument, attackers can exploit this vulnerability to perform directory traversal attacks, potentially accessing sensitive files on the server. The exploit can be executed remotely, presenting a significant risk to users and data integrity. As of now, the vendor has not addressed this issue despite being notified.
