What is CVE-2024-11824?
The langgenius/dify product has a stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability within its chat log functionality. This security issue occurs due to the failure to restrict specific HTML tags, such as and , which permits an attacker to write and inject malicious HTML content into the chat log. When an administrator accesses this log, the injected code could be executed in their browser, potentially leading to unauthorized access to sensitive information or credentials. An update has been made in version 0.12.1 to mitigate this security flaw.
