What is CVE-2024-21134?
A vulnerability exists in the connection handling of MySQL Server, impacting Oracle MySQL versions 8.0.37 and earlier, as well as 8.4.0 and earlier. This flaw can be exploited by a low privileged attacker who has network access through various protocols to control the MySQL Server. If successfully exploited, it may allow unauthorized actions that can lead to a partial denial of service, disrupting the availability of the server.
