What is CVE-2024-21797?

A command execution vulnerability exists in the adm.cgi set_TR069() functionality of the Wavlink AC3000 M33A8.V5030.210505 router. This flaw allows attackers to send specially crafted HTTP requests that can trigger arbitrary command execution, provided they can authenticate to the device. Exploitation of this vulnerability could lead to unauthorized actions being performed on the system, potentially compromising the security of the network.
