Summary
The vulnerability allows a malicious user with access to the Skipper server API of Spring Cloud Data Flow to exploit improper sanitization of upload paths. This can lead to crafted upload requests that write arbitrary files to any location in the file system, potentially compromising the integrity of the server and exposing sensitive data.
