What is CVE-2024-23115?

A vulnerability in the updateGroups function of Centreon has been identified, allowing authenticated remote attackers to execute arbitrary code on affected installations. This issue arises due to insufficient validation of user-provided input before it is incorporated into SQL queries, enabling attackers to manipulate database operations and execute malicious commands within the context of the service account.
