What is CVE-2024-23930?

A vulnerability in the Media service of Pioneer DMH-WT7600NEX devices allows network-adjacent attackers to trigger a denial-of-service condition. This issue arises from the service's failure to properly handle error conditions while listening on TCP port 42000. Given that no authentication is required, attackers can easily exploit this flaw, potentially leading to severe disruptions in the functionality of the affected devices.
