What is CVE-2024-25218?

The Task Manager App v1.0 contains a cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability that enables attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts or HTML code. This is achieved through a specially crafted payload injected into the 'Project Name' parameter of the /TaskManager/Projects.php endpoint. Exploiting this vulnerability could lead to unauthorized actions being performed on behalf of users, as well as the potential exposure of sensitive data.
