What is CVE-2024-25658?

A vulnerability in Infinera's TNMS (Transcend Network Management System) Server 19.10.3 has been identified that permits the cleartext storage of SNMP user passwords. This security flaw allows unauthorized individuals with access to the database or exported configuration files to retrieve sensitive credentials in plaintext, significantly increasing the risk of account compromise and unauthorized access.
