What is CVE-2024-2594?

A Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability exists in AMSS++ version 4.31 due to inadequate encoding of user-controlled input within the /amssplus/admin/index.php interface. Attackers can exploit this vulnerability by sending specially crafted URLs to authenticated users, potentially compromising their session cookies and gaining unauthorized access to sensitive information.
