What is CVE-2024-28103?
Action Pack, a critical component of the Rails web framework, is subject to a vulnerability that arises when the application configurable Permissions-Policy is only applied to responses that are associated with HTML content types. This oversight potentially exposes web applications to security risks when serving non-HTML content. Security updates have been introduced in versions 6.1.7.8, 7.0.8.2, and 7.1.3.3 to mitigate these issues and reinforce the integrity of web request handling.
