What is CVE-2024-45815?
A Denial of Service vulnerability exists in the catalog backend plugin of Backstage, allowing an authenticated attacker to disrupt service by sending a specially crafted query to the catalog API. This vulnerability affects all instances running versions of the plugin prior to 1.26.0. To enhance security and protect against this risk, users are strongly encouraged to upgrade to the latest version as there are no known workarounds.
