Vulnerability in i-Educar 2.8.0 Allows SQL Injection
CVE-2024-48325
What is CVE-2024-48325?
The i-Educar application version 2.8.0 developed by Portabilis contains a vulnerability in the 'getDocuments' function of the 'InstituicaoDocumentacaoController' class. This issue arises due to the insufficient sanitization of the 'instituicao_id' parameter within the API endpoint '/module/Api/InstituicaoDocumentacao?oper=get&resource=getDocuments&instituicao_id'. As a result, unauthenticated attackers can exploit this weakness to execute arbitrary SQL commands, potentially compromising the integrity and confidentiality of the database. Proper input validation and sanitization practices are essential to mitigate such vulnerabilities.
