What is CVE-2024-51942?
A stored Cross-site Scripting vulnerability exists in ArcGIS Server versions 10.9.1 through 11.3, allowing remote, authenticated attackers to craft links that may execute arbitrary JavaScript in victims' browsers. This attack necessitates elevated privileges, specifically publisher capabilities, to initiate. Although the risk to confidentiality and integrity is noted, there is no impact on system availability.
