What is CVE-2024-51946?
A stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability exists in ArcGIS Server, affecting versions 10.9.1 to 11.3. This vulnerability permits remote, authenticated attackers to generate and store malicious links. When these links are accessed by victims, they can inadvertently execute arbitrary JavaScript code in their browsers. The exploit requires elevated permissions, specifically publisher capabilities, to initiate the attack.
