What is CVE-2024-51949?

A stored Cross-site Scripting vulnerability exists in ArcGIS Server versions 10.9.1 to 11.3, enabling an authenticated attacker with publisher capabilities to craft a malicious link. If a victim clicks this link, arbitrary JavaScript code could be executed in their browser, posing potential risks to user data and session integrity without affecting system availability.
