What is CVE-2024-51963?
A stored Cross-site Scripting vulnerability exists in ArcGIS Server versions 10.9.1 through 11.3. This vulnerability allows a remote, authenticated attacker with publisher capabilities to craft a malicious link that, when accessed, could execute arbitrary JavaScript code in the victim's browser. Although the risk to confidentiality and integrity is limited, organizations using the affected versions should take caution and apply necessary patches to mitigate this security risk.
