What is CVE-2024-56946?

A denial of service vulnerability exists in the Technitium DNS Server versions up to 13.2.2. This issue allows remote attackers to render the DNS server inoperable for DNS-over-QUIC connections by causing unhandled exceptions in the server's listener threads. Exploiting this vulnerability can prevent legitimate users from accessing DNS services, significantly disrupting network operations.
