perl2exe version 30.10C and earlier is susceptible to an arbitrary code execution vulnerability that enables local authenticated attackers to run unauthorized scripts. By manipulating the 0th argument of packed executables, attackers can bypass implemented security restrictions, allowing them to execute arbitrary executables.
