What is CVE-2024-58295?
ElkArte Forum version 1.1.9 is susceptible to a vulnerability that allows authenticated administrators to exploit the theme installation feature. By uploading a ZIP archive containing a malicious PHP file, attackers can execute arbitrary system commands. This risk arises when an attacker gains access to the administrator capabilities and uses this to execute malicious code stored within the uploaded theme directory.
