What is CVE-2024-58296?

CE Phoenix v3.0.1 contains a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability within its currencies administration panel. This issue allows attackers to enter malicious scripts in the title field, leading to the execution of arbitrary JavaScript when administrators access the currencies page. Such a vulnerability poses a significant risk, as it could enable attackers to manipulate the application's behavior and potentially compromise sensitive data.
