Summary

In version v0.3.8 of Open Web UI, an improper access control vulnerability exists that allows administrators to access private chats of other administrator accounts. Normally, the system restricts admin users to view only the chats of non-admin members. However, by manipulating the user_id parameter in the frontend admin page, an administrator can bypass these restrictions, leading to unauthorized exposure of sensitive discussions among admin users.
