What is CVE-2024-9623?

A vulnerability exists in GitLab CE/EE versions from 8.16 up to 17.2.8, 17.3 up to 17.3.4, and 17.4 up to 17.4.1, where deploy keys can inadvertently be granted permission to push code to archived repositories.
