What is CVE-2025-0657?

A critical network vulnerability exists in the Automated Logic and Carrier i-Vu Gen5 router that affects users running the driver version drv_gen5_106-01-2380. This flaw allows unauthorized malformed packets to be transmitted through the BACnet MS/TP network. When such packets are received, the router can enter a fault state, resulting in loss of network visibility for the device. To restore normal functionality, users must perform a manual power cycle.
