What is CVE-2025-10229?

A vulnerability exists in Freshwork versions up to 1.2.3 that allows an attacker to manipulate the post_logout_redirect_uri parameter in the /api/v2/logout function. This manipulation can lead to open redirect vulnerabilities, enabling attackers to redirect users to malicious websites. The vulnerability can be exploited remotely, posing a significant risk as the vendor has not acknowledged the issue despite early reports.
