What is CVE-2025-10540?

The iMonitor EAM 9.6394 exhibits a significant vulnerability related to its transmission of data in plaintext. This flaw allows communication between the EAM client agent and the EAM server, as well as interaction between the EAM monitor management software and the server, to occur without any encryption or authentication. Attackers with access to the network can easily intercept sensitive information, including user credentials, keylogger data, and personally identifiable information. Moreover, they can manipulate the traffic to compromise data integrity, potentially sending unauthorized commands to client agents. This vulnerability poses a serious risk to user privacy and the security of the transmitted data.
