What is CVE-2025-11246?

A vulnerability in GitLab CE/EE allows authenticated users to exploit GraphQL runner associations to mistakenly remove all project runners from unrelated projects. This issue affects versions from 15.4 to 18.5.5, as well as 18.6 and 18.7 up to specific versions. Users with certain permissions can manipulate access controls, leading to unintended project configurations and potential disruptions.
