What is CVE-2025-12562?

A vulnerability in GitLab CE/EE could allow an unauthenticated user to exploit the system by sending specially crafted GraphQL queries. This could lead to a denial of service condition, as the queries could circumvent established query complexity limits, potentially overwhelming the server and disrupting service availability. Versions prior to 18.4.6, 18.5.4, and 18.6.2 are particularly impacted.
