pgAdmin 4 versions up to 9.9 are susceptible to a command injection vulnerability on Windows systems. This vulnerability arises from the use of the shell=True parameter during backup and restore operations, which allows attackers to execute arbitrary system commands by supplying maliciously crafted file path inputs.
