What is CVE-2025-13690?
A denial of service vulnerability exists in GitLab CE/EE due to improper input validation on webhook custom header names. An authenticated user could exploit this flaw to induce a denial of service condition, potentially impacting application availability. The issue affects all versions from 16.11 prior to 18.7.6, 18.8 prior to 18.8.6, and 18.9 prior to 18.9.2, and has been addressed in security updates aimed at enhancing the robustness of input handling.
