What is CVE-2025-14017?

A vulnerability exists in libcurl related to multi-threaded LDAPS (LDAP over TLS) transfers. When TLS options are modified in one thread, these changes can unintentionally impact other threads doing concurrent transfers, potentially disabling certificate verification for those threads.
