What is CVE-2025-14157?

A vulnerability present in GitLab CE/EE allows an authenticated user to trigger a Denial of Service (DoS) condition. By sending specially crafted API calls that include large content parameters, a user could potentially overload the system, leading to service disruptions. This issue impacts all versions of GitLab from version 6.3 up to versions prior to 18.4.6, 18.5 before 18.5.4, and 18.6 before 18.6.2, and has been addressed in subsequent releases.
