What is CVE-2025-15597?

A vulnerability in Dataease SQLBot up to version 1.4.0 has been identified that allows improper access controls via the API Endpoint file backend/apps/system/api/assistant.py. This weakness enables remote attacks due to insufficient restrictions in place, potentially leading to unauthorized access to sensitive functions. It is strongly recommended that users upgrade to version 1.5.0, which includes patch d640ac31d1ce64ce90e06cf7081163915c9fc28c, to fully mitigate the risks posed by this vulnerability.
