A command injection vulnerability exists in the TOTOLINK X18 wireless device within the function setMtknatCfg, located in the /cgi-bin/cstecgi.cgi file. This flaw allows an attacker to manipulate the mtkhnatEnable argument, potentially leading to arbitrary command execution on the device's operating system.
