What is CVE-2025-1868?

This vulnerability allows unauthorized exposure of sensitive information when using Advanced IP Scanner and Advanced Port Scanner. During network scans, these applications may unintentionally transmit the NTLM hash of the user conducting the scan. This flaw can be exploited by attackers who intercept the network traffic directed to a legitimate server or set up a malicious server, affecting users in both local and remote environments. The risks extend to both HTTP/HTTPS and SMB protocols, highlighting a significant concern for user security.
