What is CVE-2025-20256?
A command injection vulnerability exists in the web-based management interface of Cisco Secure Network Analytics Manager and Virtual Manager. This flaw arises from inadequate input validation in certain fields, allowing an authenticated remote attacker with administrative credentials to send maliciously crafted input. If exploited, this could permit the attacker to execute arbitrary commands with root-level access on the underlying operating system, potentially compromising the entire system's integrity and security.
