What is CVE-2025-23227?

The IBM Tivoli Application Dependency Discovery Manager versions 7.3.0.0 through 7.3.0.11 are susceptible to a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability. This security flaw enables authenticated users to insert arbitrary JavaScript code into the web interface.
