What is CVE-2025-25042?

A vulnerability exists in the AOS-CX REST interface that permits an authenticated remote attacker with limited privileges to access sensitive information. Exploiting this vulnerability may enable the attacker to retrieve encrypted credentials belonging to other users on the switch, which has the potential to facilitate further unauthorized access and lead to significant data security breaches.
