What is CVE-2025-25818?

A cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability exists in Emlog Pro version 2.5.4 that enables attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts or HTML. This exploitation occurs when malicious payloads are introduced into the postStrVar function located in article_save.php. Consequently, attackers can manipulate web pages by executing unintended scripts, leading to potential data theft or other malicious actions.
