What is CVE-2025-27900?

An open redirect vulnerability has been identified in IBM DB2 Recovery Expert for LUW version 5.5 Interim Fix 002, allowing remote attackers to hijack user sessions and launch phishing attacks. By enticing victims to click on a specially crafted link, an attacker could redirect users to a deceptive website that mimics a trusted source.
