What is CVE-2025-30187?
A security flaw exists in DNSdist when utilizing the nghttp2 library for processing DNS over HTTPS (DoH) queries. This flaw enables an attacker to craft a malformed DoH exchange that can induce an unbounded I/O read loop. As a result, the affected system may experience excessive CPU resource consumption, potentially leading to service disruption.
