Sensitive Data Exposure in Directus API from Directus Vendor
CVE-2025-30353
What is CVE-2025-30353?
The Directus API allows for real-time management of SQL database content but has a vulnerability that exposes sensitive data through its Webhook trigger. Specifically, when a Flow that utilizes the 'Data of Last Operation' response body encounters a ValidationError due to a failed condition, it inadvertently reveals sensitive information such as environmental variables, API keys, and user accountability details. This undesired disclosure of data could be exploited, leading to potential misuse. The issue has been resolved in version 11.5.0.
