What is CVE-2025-32360?

In Zammad versions 6.4.x prior to 6.4.2, a vulnerability exists that allows unauthorized access to shared article drafts. This flaw permits logged-in customers to view sensitive information from these drafts in their browser console, as well as the capability to manipulate them through the API. Such exposure raises serious concerns regarding data confidentiality and user privacy, especially in environments handling sensitive customer tickets.
