What is CVE-2025-32458?

The Quantenna Wi-Fi chipset is susceptible to a command injection vulnerability through its local control script, router_command.sh. This vulnerability arises due to improper neutralization of argument delimiters within the command, allowing an attacker to execute arbitrary commands through the system. Affected versions include up to 8.0.0.28 of the latest SDK. Although the vendor has not yet provided a patch, they have published a best practices guide aimed at helping implementors mitigate the risks associated with this issue.
