What is CVE-2025-32854?
A vulnerability exists in TeleControl Server Basic versions prior to V3.1.2.2, allowing SQL injection through the 'LockOpcSettings' method. This weakness permits authenticated remote attackers to bypass authorization controls, gaining the ability to read and modify the application's database and execute code with elevated permissions under 'NT AUTHORITY\NetworkService'. Successful exploitation requires access to port 8000 on a system running the impacted version of the software.
