What is CVE-2025-34097?

An unrestricted file upload vulnerability is present in ProcessMaker due to inadequate management of uploaded plugin archives. This flaw allows an attacker with administrative access to upload a malicious .tar file that contains arbitrary PHP code. When the plugin is installed, the server executes this PHP code with web server privileges. Furthermore, this vulnerability can be combined with other privilege escalation issues to enable full remote code execution from a less privileged account, posing significant security risks to the system.
